Jess Davis and Chad Adams, while partners at Davis Adams, LLC's predecessor firm, participated in litigating many cases that resulted in substantial recoveries, including:

• $3,400,000 - Business Litigation
  $3,400,000 was recovered for an Atlanta-area church that was the victim of a building contractor's negligent construction. Three law firms had previously represented the church, all of which recommended that the church resolve the litigation for as little as $100,000. We diligently pursued the case for two years, aggressively prepared for trial, and eventually obtained a recovery sufficient to repair the church building and pay all of the church's attorneys' fees.
• $750,000 - Business Litigation
  More than $750,000 in cash and equity in a jet aircraft was recovered for an individual who purchased the aircraft with a business partner. We successfully showed that the client's business partner—who hired one of the largest law firms in Atlanta in an effort to intimidate the client—failed to honor the partnership agreement. Not only did we obtain cash for our client (including reimbursement for all legal fees), but we convinced the business partner to completely forfeit his ownership interest in the aircraft.
• $506,000 - Premises Liability
  $506,000 was recovered for a mother and her young son injured as the result of a defective window in an Atlanta hotel. The insurance lawyers defending the hotel resorted to extreme tactics to avoid liability, but through documents and deposition testimony we were able to show that the hotel management company was well aware of the window defect and simply chose not to make the needed repair in order to save money.
• $480,000 - Premises Liability/Amusement Park Accident
  $480,000 was recovered for a woman who suffered a knee injury when teenagers running through a large, Atlanta-area amusement park knocked her to the ground. Predictably, the lawyers for the amusement park denied any wrongdoing at all . . . until we discovered documents and obtained deposition testimony from the amusement park’s employees proving that they failed to abide by their own crowd management guidelines.
• $462,500 - Car Accident
  $462,500 was recovered for a woman who sustained a serious arm injury in a car accident when another individual failed to stop at a red light. Although the client's medical bills totaled $75,000, we recovered nearly a half-million dollars for her by retaining medical and occupational expert witnesses who effectively communicated her daily pain and its adverse effect on her future employment.
